The five training sessions are designed to help managers work more effectively with their teams to increase performance and develop individual staff. The sessions are suitable for both experienced and new managers and can be tailored towards specific goals or key business outcomes.

Day 4 Performance Management – Putting policy into practice, Having difficult conversations, The importance of documentation
