The recent Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 have changed considerably compared to the 2007 regulations, which it replaced. If anyone performing any sort of construcution on non-domestic properties then this course applies to you, no matter how big or small the project is. From converting a small converatory to a multi million pound project then you need to know where your role lies within this piece of legisaltion.
